(Old School) IPA - 6.5 (Plagiarism beer feat. Brasserie Bendorf) If there's one emblematic IPA that reigns supreme in Strasbourg, it's the famous and impartial Queen of Langstross brewed by the vile crooks at Bendorf. It's time to bring the monarchy to its knees... and replace it with another, in this case ours! So, poof, here we are, taking our chances with the Queen of Mundo to steal market share from the bobo brewery in the Neudorf district. And to stack the odds in our favour, we've plagiarised their label. If it's a misunderstanding, it'll work... In short, this is a 6.5% IPA, moderately dry, quite bitter and very aromatic (mango, citrus and resinous), just like the real thing!
