Light wheat beer that goes through a process of adding lactobacillus, bringing a slightly acid character. To balance it, guava is added in its fermentation, bringing freshness and Brazilianness to this beer, the first Brazilian style cataloged in the style guides. The name is a tribute to one of the greatest folklorists in Brazil, potiguar Luiz da Câmara Cascudo, who in addition to folklore was a food enthusiast and loved guava.
