An Amber Ale to fill your mouth. Coppery beer, with a good balance between the malty character and the bitterness of American hops. Notes of caramel malt and touch of citrus fruits. The name is a reference to the thirst for knowledge of humanity represented by the boldness to send an exploration probe to Mars.
