American Pale Ale (APA) style beer. Family Ale, in light color with deep gold and very persistent foam. It uses 4 types of malts and 3 types of hops in its composition. It brings in the aroma the citrus characteristics of American hops, influenced by the use of dry hopping in the production process. It may have mild piping, as it is filtered through coarse soil. Combines with gourmet barbecue and grills.
