Reczer Ace of Flakes

White IPA is a beer type born from the cross between the American IPA and the Belgian Wit. In this beer, we have deviated from tradition at several points. In addition to the unusually high degree of alcohol, we used considerably higher quantities of wheat and cereal, which made the beer thick and sensuously creamy. The added fruit and cold crusts with amazing citrus fruit, and the liquid Belgian yeast used has a spicy, phenolic character to lift this beer out of the ordinary White IPA.
