The best part of waking up is... coffee in your cream ale? That can't be correct, right? Better believe it. At Red Horn aren't shy to put coffee in just about anything, even something as light, clean, and crisp as a traditional American Style Cream Ale. The base is a light blonde style ale that is rounded out with the addition of flaked barley, rice, and corn and fermented with clean house yeast. That's when things get wild. Added house made cold brewed coffee to the wort just before added the yeast, and added even more house roasted coffee to the beer after fermentation. One may think that such a combination may be odd, but trust us, it's a combination that you may wonder why you haven't tried it before.
