Refined Fool Canatara!

Sarnian folklore tells us that locals so energised by the turn of season from winter to summer would shout "Canatara!" as a popular form of summer greeting. Canatara is a beloved local beach and excellent place to view warblers, sandpipers, ducks and falcons. It's also now a complex, slightly acidic, wheat based ale brewed with the perfect balance of sour and sweet. So we raise a glass to you and shout "Canatara!"
