Renegade Evolet

Serendipity produces some of the life's best things. A series of happy accidents led to the newest beer/wine hybrid, Evolet. A single hopped beer with Nelson hops and blended with Chardonnay juice, Evolet is a very dry, tart, evolved beverage made of both grain and grape fermented with wine yeast. Evolet is also gluten-reduced.
