Bierbeschreibung
Grodziskie (Polish) or gratzer (German) is a beer from a forgotten age, when the malting and brewing processes were more closely intertwined. Made from 100% oak-smoked wheat malt, this gently smoky beer is surprisingly light and fruity on the palate, with a champagne-like effervescence that showcases the complex aroma. It’s a beer you’re unlikely to find outside of Poland, get it before it’s gone.
