Stock Ale brewed in early winter 2017 - Rivington Brewing used dark malts to add a little roasty character. After primary fermentation Rivington Brewing secondary fermented with a base brett strain and brett found on the farm. In autumn 2018 they took fresh hops Rivington Brewing had been growing outside the brewery and added them to the beer to bring out a little subtle citrus character.
