Rogue Cells is a wild saison fermented with a blend of house cultures and aged for three years, starting in an oak foeder and finishing in two La Crescent wine barrels. The result is a complex flavor profile with notes of lemon, lime, and delicate hints of vanilla, reminiscent of the changing landscapes and natural diversity that define our world.
