Bierbeschreibung
The beer carries an aroma of lemon and dried apricot with a touch of vanilla, while the flavour follows with an assertive acidity, dry mineral character, and juicy apricot flavour. This beer was aged in the fermenter for 4 months before being transferred into oak barrels and onto of apricot puree for an additional 5 months. This beer has spent over 2 months conditioning in the bottle.
