Rouge River Au Jus 1

Au Jus IPA #1 gives you all the haze and juiciness you could ask for. This new series gives us the chance to have fun exploring different hop combinations, and also make it easier to keep track when change the recipe. This version features one of the hardest and most costly hops to get a hold of- New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. Paired it with cryo Citra hops for notes of pineapple, gooseberry and mango.
