Rouge River Papaya Sour

Pours a lightly cloudy golden orange with modest-sized white head. Aroma is solidly tart with nice papaya character. Flavour also has a decent, though not overwhelming tartness with some juicy papaya. Gentle lingering sourness in finish. Fine, fairly gentle carbonation.
