Ruwet Carte Or Brut

The only cider option for my other half, and judging by it’s presentation in a mini-champagne bottle we weren’t really expecting a lot. Lightly sparkling with minimal sweet apples and, well.. not a lot else. Not necessarily bad tasting, even if there wasn’t much of a cider taste to speak of but was alright with a meal.
