Saint John's Weiss

The Weiss, obtained from the fermentation of malted wheat mixed with barley malt, contrary to its name, is a deep blondish beer tending towards turbid, topped with persistent white foam. Highly fermented, it stands out for its style that leaves hints of banana, cloves and vanilla.
