Salamander Hildegard

Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is malty notes of grain, as well as sweet floral notes with gale, heather, wood and a touch of salt. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is grainy malts with salt, sweet floral notes of heather. Unbalanced.
