Selfmade - Ignite!

Ignite! - our experiment in the field of tomato gose with hot sauces. We made and added Caribbean hot sauce with Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and Habanero Star peppers to a basic saison with smoked malt and tomato paste. The main task is to create such a balance so that for those who like spicy peppers, the flavour of the peppers does not overshadow the drink itself. But at the same time, the spiciness should be sufficient and it should be appreciated by those who are just starting to get acquainted with capsaicin. So for many people Ignite! will not be spicy, and for some people it will make their mouths catch fire (our team, for example, was divided into two identical camps). A treat for all of y'all chiliheads. New tomato gose with addition of Caribbean style sauce based on Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and Habanero Star peppers. Balancing hotness levels with the taste of beer itself was the key goal for us.
