Short's Anniversary Ale 2006

This recipe was second Imperial IPA ever brewed, created to celebrate the survival of second year in business. It was first brewed on March 7, 2005. The brewing process involved a triple mash, tripled boil time, and triple the hop additions. Then, this Triple IPA was aged in Bourbon Barrels for 8 months.
