Short's Barrel Aged Wit Happens

This Belgian style Wit Beer was brewed with coriander and grains of paradise before taking a slumber in wine barrels with the addition of Brettanomyces lemon and orange zest. There are aromas of citrus intertwined with oak, and slight spice. Flavors of citrus and spice blend with a little farmhouse funk before finishing dry.
