Short's BBA Ectoplasmo

A Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Stout brewed with candi syrup and a massive amount of raspberries, giving its dark black appearance an almost reddish tint. Big sweet fruity aromas are complimented by huge raspberry flavors, complete with a sharp tart bite. Surprisingly, the bold fruit flavors disappear in the finish, allowing subtle roasted malt qualities to amplify alongside a mild dryness.
