Short's Grasshoppah

A unique IPA with a distinct caramel brown color derived from the unconventional use of Chocolate malt. The nose is fresh and green with hints of chocolate mint hidden in the background. A faint mild sweetness is precieved up front followed by strong toasted and roasted malt qualities. As the beer warms, plentiful flavors of chocolate mint abound before leading into a pleasantly bitter finish comprised of excellent herbal and grassy hop characteristics.
