Short's So the Saying

So the Saying Gose is a Gose brewed with kiwi, coriander, Himalayan pink sea salt, and Lactobacillous. Pale yellow in color, this Gose has aromas of wheat, subtle scents of kiwi, and an earthiness provided by the addition of sea salt and coriander. At firsttaste, this beer is acidic and fruity. It then unfolds into a light-bodied, thirst quenching, sour brew with a dry and salty finish.
