Short's Tastes Like Jazz

Tastes Like Jazz is a wet hopped India Pale Ale fermented with 100% Brettanomyces. This brew has a dark copper color and a huge, dank aroma of hops and funk. A blast of hops upfront is balanced by a malty backbone. The finish has classic fruity and farmhouse notes and just a hint of hoppy bitterness.
