Short's The Barrelman

An English-style IPA aged in oak barrels for 6 months with Brettanomyces. Aromas of sweet tea and light oak complement flavors of honey, biscuit, and a slight earthiness from the traditional hops and malts that were used. Some light fruit and farmhouse notes from the Brett balance a slight bitterness on the finish.
