Short's The Grey

The Grey is a Belgian-style Grisette brewed with Castle Chateau Pilsen Malt. Slightly hazy, pale yellow in color, and with a substantial white head, this beer carries clove, banana, and bready aromas. Light to medium bodied, The Grey features flavors of bread, clove esters, and floral notes from the Saaz hops. Well balanced and approachable, it finishes with a pleasant dryness.
