Vieux Rouge is a Mixed Fermentation Sour Red Ale aged in bourbon barrels for two years. Dark copper with a reddish hue, the off white head carries a complex nose with a blend of oak, tart cherry, vanilla, funk and bourbon. Lighter bodied and slightly tart initially, Vieux Rouge blends into flavors of vanilla, oak, fruit and funk that give a tingle through ample carbonation.
