Devil's Logic Brewery Shuck It! Black Oyster Gose

We finally hosted our good friends from Town Brewing for a long overdue collab. A twist on a traditional Gose, we brewed this beer with dark malts for color purposes, then we added 30 pounds of the freshest oysters from the awesome guys at Oysters Carolina, Sea Salt and Coriander, then we balanced it out with 40 pounds of fresh lemon Zest! The result is an extremely drinkable Gose with a balanced salinity and hints of coriander and lemon zest. Lick it, Shuck it, Slam it
