Sibeeria Capulin

Capulin is the name of a picturesque volcano in New Mexico, where new favourite hop, Zappa, used to grow wild just a few years ago. The thick and smooth hazy base supports the complex aroma of ripe papaya, cantaloupe, passion fruit and berries and does not forget about bitterness either.
