Side Project Brewing - Au Revoir

Barrel-fermented Saison with Watermelon and Sea Salt. Au Revoir (goodbye in French) is our Barrel-fermented Missouri Saison which was fermented on watermelons in barrels and allowed to mature over almost a year. At maturity, we blended select barrels and finished the final expression with a touch of Sea Salt and allowed it to condition for several months.
