Wheaty, fruity and caramel malty aroma, hints of dried fruit, honey, raisin, baked apple, a touch of baked banana. Taste is slightly sweet caramel and wheat malty, fruity and estery, dry, minimally grassy hoppy overtones, hints of caramel, honey, a touch of chocolate, some raisin and baked apple; minimally slimy palate, well hidden alcohol. Strong, fruity Dunkelweizen widely neglecting the habitual banana standard.
