Sly Fox Hop Project No. 013

The hoppy experimentation took a dark turn for this Friday the 13th release. A rich grain bill complete with oats, crystal rye, and midnight wheat imparts a smooth depth and this beer’s signature color, while a generous dry hopping regiment of Mosaic hops creates aromas of citrus and flavors of spruce tips.
