Sothis Giapeto

Smoked porter. A smoked variation of an English Porter; the meeting point between tradition when the malts were dried and roasted over a high flame, also attributing the smoky notes and modernity represented by the use of quality malts and a generous hopping. Brown in color with reddish reflections with a beige head. The nose is complex with floral notes alongside coffee and smoke. Round on the palate, there are the aromas of coffee, licorice cocoa and dark caramel accompanied by floral and herbaceous hints of aroma hops; the smoky tones are elegant and never intrusive.
