South Lake Sierra Oro

Sierra Oro is take on the ever-crushable Mexican Lager. Brewed with German Pilsner and Vienna Malts, along with flaked maize for a complex, yet refreshing mouthfeel. A light hopping with Motueka in the kettle produces a touch of citrus bitterness to balance the palate. Notes of freshly-fired corn tortillas, toast with honey, and a hint of zesty lime have us dreaming about warm days at the lake.
