This is a crisp pale ale, brewed with a generous amount of peppermint, galaxy and nelson sauvin hops. Fermented with saison yeast, which gives citrus notes emphasizes the peppery aroma and dry hopped with same hops used for brewing. You shouldn't miss this beer if you like mint!
