Spinnakers Prunus Plum Sour

A Blend of golden and brown ale sour barrels, this beer was aged for one year prior to receiving a heaping addition of Saanich grown plums. Once the fruit was added, they allowed another four months of aging to bring out the delicate, floral, and juicy plum flavours.
