Spirifer Samosierra

A very drinkable session beer, more like an english pale ale with some american hops than an APA. It has a pleasant biscuity malt profile garnished with floral and peachy hops. Not too intense flavour, robust body balanced by a medium bitter, dry and short finish. More malty than hoppy. Very likeable session beer.
