Spirifer Scarecrow

Dark, opaque with a nice foam, but unfortunately at the bottom of the paint. The aroma of roasted notes, coffee, cocoa. The taste is roasted, slightly sour and quite sweet. Very nicely balanced. Bitterness is also pronounced and creates a good combination with roasting.
