Spirifer Sweeper

Spirifer has two features: it likes to hop a lot and makes very uneven beers. It is yellowish, slightly cloudy, and with negligible foam. Low carbonation - a bit too low. The aroma of solid American hops. The taste is pleasant citrusy, but also slightly malt. Poor balance. Bitterness rather average - a bit remaining.
