Spóldzielczy Gordyjskie

Aroma- well rounded composition of peach, prunes, some white pepper, with subtle leather brets and wooden note. Dark golden, clear, with a minimal head. Nice lacing. Taste- a bit stronger bretanomyces notes, but still very pleasant and play well with phenols. Yellow fruits in the background, but noticeable. Red wine barrel adds subtle tannic feeling in the aftertaste. Very elegant, interesting, but not distinct. Low bodied, with a low carbonation. Great stuff, I'm impressed.
