Belgian-style Blueberry Lambic Ale.
Tart, fruity and a bit funky. Aged two years, Touch of Blue Belgian-style lambic is made with whole blueberries. The brewery fermented their base ale with a Belgian yeast culture and bacteria strains to produce tart flavors, fruity notes and a bit of funk. Then they aged the beer with whole blueberries until it expressed dark fruit and floral aromas. The result: a balanced, flavorful lambic with a compelling sour finish. Great now, as good or better after extended aging.
