A Tribute to Het Witte Paard Brewery. In the old town of Elburg, where the legends of the White Ladies still whispered in the wind, something mysterious happened. After the closure of the 19th-century Het Witte Paard brewery, the White Ladies still roamed the alleyways of the fortress, their search for a suitable place to continue the ancient craft of brewing seemingly endless. These mystical beings were the protectors of nature and the secret beer recipes that had been passed down from generation to generation for centuries.
One day, the White Women descended upon the brewing kettle at Stadsbrouwerij Vos. They felt the call of the brewing kettle, the whisper of the ancient recipes etched into the brewery walls. With their presence and their magical touch, they began a new chapter in the history of beer brewing in Elburg. The fox family embraced the White Women as protectors of a sacred brewing process. They began experimenting with old recipes and modern techniques in the brewhouse, creating something magical. The result was Het Witte Voswief, a refreshing and summery wheat beer with a touch of mystery.
The Witte Voswief (White Fox Woman) was welcomed with open arms into the castle of Vos City Brewery. This refreshing and slightly spooky wheat beer is perfect for warm summer days and brought smiles to everyone's faces as they immersed themselves in the enchanting atmosphere of Elburg. The white women were no longer wandering spirits; they had found their home at Vos City Brewery, where they shared their passion for brewing with the world
