We have a great preference for Japanese macro lager beers. Classical, balanced, refreshing. It should be refreshing and easy to drink, with a light body, balanced sweetness, dryness, and bitterness. This requires much more finesse than we are used to. Properly conditioned at lower temperatures for ultimate crispness.
