Swan Swan Gold

A golden brew of 4.0% strength, making it an anytime-ale. Saaz provides the mainstay of the hop character. More usually found in classic lagers and imparting a delicate floral aroma to the ale, Saaz is one of the 4 European 'Noble Hops'. The Saaz hops are from the Czech Republic, specifically Zemedelska and Rakochmel and the Admiral hops are locally grown. We work with local hop merchant Charles Faram to source the specific variety, location and crop of hop that is right for our ales.
