It's not often that brewery gets the chance to brew a beer using fresh Brazilian hops. Named in honor of the native plant of the Atlantic Forest, Guaimbê is a delicate lager made with Comet and Sorachi Ace planted on the Dalcin farm, in the interior of São Paulo. From harvest straight to boil and whirlpool!
