Mogwaï Beer Company - Take Me Somewhere Nice

French Pale Ale DDH - 5.1 Collab' feat. Esprit Craft Association This year we had the pleasure and honour of brewing the official beer for the Strasbourg Craft Beer Festival, which takes place on 29 and 30 September 2023! For the occasion, we played the local colour card with malts (Pils and Vienna) from Maltala, based in Bergheim, and Alsatian hops (Triskel, Mistral and Elixir) from Hop France, based in Brumath, to concoct this French Pale Ale, which underwent 2 cold hops. The result is a smooth, effective beer with with a low bitterness that ensures maximum palatability. In short, as the Esprit Craft Association so aptly puts it: "Bière Neuve! PS: 'Take Me Somewhere Nice' is incidentally the name of a song of a song by the group Mogwaï. So we've come full circle!
