The brewery couldn't make this Cascadian Ale any darker if company tried.... Company brewed this beer with 8 different malts including NY Craft Malt's Chautauqua Chocolate and Wicked Dark Wheat, plus German Carafa II. Brewery added loads of Chateau Biscuit, Hudson River Rye, and Red Wheat to add layers of complexity.
