One that has not been brewed in the Tambor brewery yet. It is a Viennese lager. The beer bears the name of the world-famous sculptor and kingsman Otto Gutfreund. Viennese lager is a dark fermented beer of dark red, amber, even copper color and strong malt taste, which should be mixed with the distinctive hop bitterness of Viennese hops. Hop aroma is less pronounced to moderate. The approximate proportion of alcohol is 5%. The basic raw material is Viennese malt, which is allowed to mature longer than light malts and stands between light and dark malt. “Tambor used Viennese and Munich malt when cooking, supplemented with a small amount of light malt.
