Bierbeschreibung

Beer brewed to order the township of Žernov on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of the first written mention is already on the spigot in the stand under the Žernov lookout tower. The beer was brewed by Tambor Jan Pavlík, a brewer of the Hradec Králové brewery Tambor, according to the requirements of the township Žernov. It is a light lager of 11% with the required bitterness, which fulfilled the ideas of Žernov representatives. The tradition of brewing in Žernov is also illustrated by the fact that there were two breweries in the past. The lager will be offered in both filtered and unfiltered form, bottled in bottles and barrels. Beer has its own special labels. It will also be offered in a beer glass with the logo of this year's town festival. The whole process from the beginning of cooking to the final production was monitored by a group of local representatives and citizens several times. The beer is in the style of Spring Lager. During its brewing, the brewery employees used three types of malt and three types of hops. The annual pale lager will be permanently on offer at the stand under the Žernov lookout tower. At the same time, those interested will buy special beer glass, labels and soon also the Lernen 600 lager bottled.
