This clean and balanced Pilsner presents a soft biscuity aroma from a blend of artisanal Skagit Valley malts, revealing spicy herbal notes and medium bitterness from our use of classic Czech Saaz hops. A traditionally cool and long fermentation process was used to create a clean aroma and flavor profile with refreshingly dry finish.
